Hi, I'm the founder of Moonhaven, an in-home infant wellness practice serving Ojai and Ventura County. I'm dually credentialed as an occupational therapist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, with over 11 years of clinical experience working with infants and young children. My work sits at the intersection of feeding, oral motor development, and the wider family system, supporting babies and parents through some of the most tender and transformative chapters of early life.

In my practice, I blend the clinical precision of occupational therapy with the relational and physiological depth of lactation care. I support families navigating latch and feeding challenges, tethered oral tissues, oral motor and sensory differences, infant sleep, and the everyday questions that come with caring for a new baby. I bring a trauma-informed, evidence-based, and family-centered lens to my work, with attention to nervous system regulation, attachment, and the ways feeding and sleep are woven into the larger fabric of postpartum life.

My care is grounded in the belief that families deserve unhurried, expert support in the comfort of their own home. I meet each family where they are, offering steady guidance, careful clinical assessment, and the kind of presence that makes space for the harder conversations alongside the practical ones.

Outside of my practice, I'm a mama, a certified California Naturalist, and a longtime practitioner of Vipassana meditation. I find my grounding in time spent outdoors and in exploring otherworldly corners of the earth with my husband.
