What We Offer

Lactation

Lactation support is most effective when it meets you at home, in the real conditions of your daily life. Our board-certified IBCLCs offer prenatal consultations to prepare you for feeding before baby arrives, and postpartum home visits to address latch difficulties, pain with nursing, milk supply concerns, pumping, bottlefeeding, tongue ties and more.

Every visit is unhurried, individualized, and rooted in both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

Bottle Feeding

Bottle feeding families belong here too. Whether you're exclusively pumping, supplementing, or navigating a feeding journey that looks different than you planned, you deserve the same skilled, compassionate support.

We assess bottle feeding mechanics, flow rate, nipple compatibility, and infant oral function to help your baby feed comfortably and efficiently.

Oral Ties

If you've been told your baby's latch is fine but feeding still hurts — or your baby is clicking, pulling off frequently, or struggling to transfer milk effectively — a tethered oral tissue may be part of the picture.

We offer in-home assessment of lip, tongue, and buccal ties from both a lactation and occupational therapy lens, helping families get clear answers, trusted referrals, and hands-on support before and after any release procedure.

Occupational Therapy

Lactation consulting and occupational therapy rarely exist under the same roof — but at Moonhaven, they do. When feeding difficulties involve tethered oral tissues, oral motor delays, or a disorganized suck, having both specialties in a single provider means nothing gets missed.

We look beyond latch and milk transfer to assess the whole baby — body tension, head shape, sensory responses, oral motor function, and the neurology that ties it all together — because feeding is never just about the mouth.

Sleep Consulting

If traditional sleep training doesn't feel right to you, you're not alone — and you're not without options. Moonhaven's sleep consulting is grounded in the Nurtured Neuroscience approach developed by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, offering families a gentle, evidence-based path to more restful nights.

Our Certified Nurture Neuroscience Practitioners help parents understand the neuroscience of infant sleep, build sustainable rhythms, and respond to their baby with confidence. Whether you're in the thick of sleepless nights or preparing for what's ahead, we offer guidance without compromising connection.

Groups & Courses

Some of the most powerful parenting support happens in a room full of people who truly understand. Moonhaven offers Mom & Baby Circles, intimate in-person gatherings rooted in brain-healthy parenting practices, as well as Nurtured Sleep and Nurtured Parenting classes taught both in-person and virtually by our Certified Nurture Neuroscience Practitioners.

All are grounded in the Nurtured Neuroscience framework developed by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum — offering parents the science, the community, and the confidence to trust their instincts.
